My company, Southwest Exchange Company is continually charged NSF and OD fees when deposits are made on the exact same "business day" that deductions are being made. I was told by their representatives that Compass is different than other banks as fees are based upon the time stamp of each transaction.
This is ridiculous, and I have never been subjected to bank rules such as these. Compass Bank fees are predatory, and never completely explained even when you describe to them what is happening. On my computer access of my account the dates are the same as the withdrawals and the deposits.
This bank needs to be sued, as this must be against the law?
