The company representative stated that no money would be drafted from my account until I authorized a draft.
I was supposed to get a packet of materials to review, and complete to enter into their program. Health insurance was mentioned, which I declined.
Upon checking my bank account on-line, three or four days later, discovered that they had drafted my account for $59.95.
When I finally did get a person on the phone, they first explained that this was a health-care deduction, and quickly changed their story to a Processing Fee. When I requested a refund, my request was denied.
I reported this to my bank, and due to the fact that they sent through a paper check (without my signature); the bank informed me that it had been more than 24 hours, therefore they could not deny/return the check.
I have talked to the company since, with no satisfaction. They will not let me talk to a supervisor, or give me info on how to contact the parent company.
I did close my bank account so that they could nopt get any more money.
