On April 15th my online bank account had a PENDING draft for $30.90. Suspecting AOL because of the odd numbers and my AOL plan was a cost of $28.90 a month I called AOL Billing and was informed that my billing date was APRIL 19th. I had $16.90 in my bank account to pay an authorized bill for $15.80 on the 17th.
On April 17th AOL drafted my account for $30.90! The $15.80, April 17th authorized bill was paid by the bank along with the UNAUTHORIZED AOL bill for the 17th. This resulted in INSUFFICIENT FUNDS fees of $64.00. AOL then drafted my bank account on April 28th resulting in another INSUFFICIENT FUNDS fee of $32.00. AOL then drafted my bank account on May 5th for $30.90.
I have talked with AOL Billing and different people including a Charles Miller who returned (2) $30.90 payments to my bank account, offered to return $64.00 in FUTURE AOL SERVICES, which I "declined"!
I want the "damages" returned to my account. AOL Billing people "lied" or conviently mis-represented the truth regarding information as it pertains to accounts and billing matters!
