Worst practices on updating account Ripoff

My mortgage was also assumed by Ocwen. I've been with them for a year and a half, and it has been hell. First, they said we were behind, and since I didn't keep my bank statements I had no proof we weren't. We fought through that. Since we had filed a chapter 13, we had to go through their bankruptcy department.

To settle with them, with our lawyers' help, we paid 2 double payments two months in a row. That was last August, and they have yet to apply it to the months that were behind. They have cost us 3 refi's with other banks, because it looks like we haven't paid our mortgage with any consistency at all.

I just now called them to get another payment history. If I find, yet again, they are not up to date, I will file a suit against them.

I have been making my payments through Money Gram, so I know they get them the same day I wire them, and I have proof. Needless to say, they didn't have the 4 payments in their system, I had to fax them copies of my receipts.

As a Christian I know it's wrong to hate anybody, but I can honestly say, I HATE this company. They are the worst!!!
