Ripoff is there something that can be legally done about this company

Well, well... Seems that Capital Financial can add another sucker to their list. I just found this website and all of the smoke and mirrors used by Capital Financial has just been made clear to me. I have read many of the same reports on this company off usacomplaints.com, I just want to pose a question as to if any legal action can be taken not only to stop them from doing this to others, but to f them like they did so many of us... A couple of misleading, decietful things that I am left to question: 1) why do they ask if you prefer Visa or Mastercard? Makes it seem that you are choosing the card that you want to recieve from them. Also, the rep refered to the card I was to get from them as a " Capital Financial Visa".. (guess you know my preference!) 2) why is it necessary to give you " credit card" terms and conditions for a merchant account card... Seems that they would just refer to it as a merchant account terms and conditions... 3) A cash advance from a merchant account card? Imagine asking Sears for a cash advance on your Sears card. Dont see that happening. Its just another thing to get you to believe that you are going to recieve a real "credit card" in the mail... 4) How did they get our info? After days of trying to get ahold of a rep from Capital Financial I was told I was directed to them from Capital one, and that they were a subsidary of Capital One. Yet another lie. It seems that Capital One filled an injunction on them in 2005... How is it that a company can be so full of unethical business practices and be left alone to prey on us? I posted my grievance to see if anyone knew about class-action lawsuits and if this situation called for one. I feel so ashamed that I let myself be taken advantage of. I guess I want them to feel how they made me feel...
