Saxon Mortgage reported incorrect payment history to the credit bureaus as well as stating that I was party to a partial payment agreement, which was never the truth. Their loan I had paid and tried to refinance was a 100K note at 12.25% interest. They conveniently in accordance to their accounting stated that I had two checks that bounced that never did. They then never applied one payment and the started charging me late fees until there was no end! One time I tried to make a payment and then another one to cover the next month and then of course for some reason their system was down. They stated that I need not worry because that was their problem. That was a LIE!!!
Needless to say they made it so that I couldn't refinance and was forced to file bankruptcy to protect my home. I sell insurance and now the double jeopardy now is that I got called to work for this company that was going to fly me out to Texas to train, but they wanted to get me appointed to the BEST Company as far as Annuities are concerned. Guess what because of my bankruptcy, THANKS TO SAXON!!! I was denied appointment to the company!!! Now they have affected my ability to make a living! THEY HAVE CAUSED IRREPRABLE HARM TO MYSELF AND MY CHILDREN!!!
I am now in bankruptcy court acting as my own attorney and will be asking for a CLASS ACTION STATUS!!! I will be notifying the Department of Justice, HUD and the FBI! Saxon mortgage is a predatory lender and needs to be stoped! They have recklessly ruined my life, my health and that of my children! I LOST OVER $330K in Equity! Please if you know of anyone that might want to go after them please contact me via this website! I would certainly want to know of anyone who worked at the company!!! Please help me to stop the FRAUD they are perpetrating on our innocent people!
