Big ripoff

I recived a letter in the mail telling me that I was preapproved for a 10,000 credit card with a low interst rate. I sent in the 37.00 dollers like they asked me to in January, I have yet to hear anything from anyone in regards to the credit card and I have not even recived the card at that. There is no contact number for the place as well. Beware.
