I was asked by a customer service rep for my banking information. The same day 129. Was taken out of my checking acct. 30 days later I e-mailed them to find out where was my card. I was informed that I would have to send a cashier's check or money order to load my card. But on the 10th of every month a 14.95 membership fee would be withdrawn from my checking acct. When I asked the rep. How could the membership fee be taken but I could not load it that way. The rep changed the subject to tell me of the benefits, ie. Legal assistance, nurses, and prescription. I told them I have health care but I don't believe this is beneficial to me.
