Ripoff, dishonest billing, stealing money out of checking account

Platinum Benifits group called and had all of my banking information, and while saying yes to information they claimed they offered me a master card for $79.99 and they will deduct it from my checking account. This was never authorized. They sent my bank account into overdrawn and it was a mess.

I have written to them several times requesting my money be returnd to my checking account to date they have still denied my request. I also have asked them to let me listen to the tape recording, they have not done this either. Therefore, I am in the process of obtaining a lawyer and reporting them to several different places.
