Laura And Karen In Disputes Department, David Nelms, Morgan Stanley Bank Wrongfully reversed disputed creditcard charges for unpaid merchant rebate, failed to honor contracts, Ripoff

I bought $108.8 from Fry's Electronics on the Discover Creditcard. The merchandise was supposed to be free after rebate. The rebates didn't get paid and I called Fry's and complained about it. I was given a song and a dance. I was told the THE CHECK IS IN THE MAIL. When the checks didn't show up, I disputed the charges with Discover Card.in December Discover Card did issue a credit in the amount of $108.8 However Fry's did issue a partial credit and one of their contractors issued a partial credit as well. The remaining owing was $43.52

During the month of January Discover Card applied erroneous charges to my account of $108.80 and a courtesy credit of $47.57 Discover decision to apply charges of $108.8 is evidence to me that they didn't go to the merchants bank to get the money. Discover Card owes me approximately $61.23

When I called Discover about why the applied and reversed charges to my account of $108.8, they merely remarked "this is my money".

Discovercard can not be trusted. They don't honor their contracts
