Since December BankCard University and REGNET charged monthly and repeatedly my Discover Cards and continue to do so, despite my complaints.
In order to get rid of these charges, last month I asked Discover to replace my creditcard ending in 3540, which they did. To my astonished surprise, the new Discover credit card ending in 1386 recorded the security dispute adjustments in my behalf, but days later put back through transfer balances those fraudulent charges into my NEW Discover credit card.
Moreover, this morning I tried to complain to the Discover Custumer Service, but all three representatives (Lisa, Bob, Michael) put me on hold without any resolution whatsoever.
Please help my to find a solution to this matter which is nerves and time consuming.
This is an ultimate attempt to reach an resonable resolution, befor complaining about all this issue to the Better Business Bureau.
