If you go to pheonixfinancial.com and fill out an application for a loan you will get a response form Ron Lack at Capital trust Financial 1-877-507-1383 x314 like I did yesterday telling you that you are approved for the loan for $6000 at 6% interest and need to send $911.65 for the first five payments of $182.33 as collateral and no payments until September.
This is a scam, he did not even know the difference between simple interest and compound interest there is no direct contact numbers on their website pheonixfinancial.com and all of a sudden when you get a call they are Capital Trust Financial wanting you to wire the money and then they ACH the loan to your account they say. I did not fall for it I saw the flags as a forensic accounting student, however, I will have him fax the paperwork today just to see the fraud first hand.
DO NOT put you ss# on that application. Beware people, I was seeking a loan for educational expense and would of been scammed!
