This company called one day after I filled out there online application from there site and said I was approved for a $25,000 loan at 6.8% interest with a payment of $335. A month. We took the offer as we thought it was real to pay off higher interest bills.
When it came down to processing the loan they gave us 3 options to get the loan collateral, co signer, or insurance. We took option number 3 the insurance. They said the insurance would be $700 and we needed to send it western national to a Todd Johns in Canada because that is the fastest way to get our loan processed of course we did it and then called them right after that saying we sent the money. They came back with the insurance company needs 300 more dollars for the insurance because the amount of the loan and our credit score. We did that also.
We called them right after again like they had asked and told us that our money would be wired in to our account the same day NO MONEY FOR US so far just them. After we sent them the money we have not heard from the guy that we were talking with. We kept calling asking for Travis Walker and they say he is out for an hour we will have him call you back. Or he will be in tomorrow morning or they just hang up on us or they just won't answer the phone and STILL no return phone calls.
They said they were going to send an email once the loan went through also and didn't get that until 3 days after we sent them the money and that said CONGRADULATIONS this letter is to inform you that your loan application has been approved. But is on the verge of being terminated please contact Steve Jefferson toll free at 1-888-693-5218 a different phone number then the one we had so I tried calling that one told them what I was calling for and who I was and they asked if I sent the insurance money I said yes and they hung up on me. Then they would not answer the phone again they really ripped me off.
