Dishonest, apply payments wrong, poor customer service, nagging daily phone calls Orlando

Ocwen did not apply payments to our account properly.

Customer service is poor and they do not do what they say they will do.

The forbearance plan is not to help the customer as they report you to a credit agency as being late while on it while charging late fees.

I was a month behind on my mortage, they sent me a letter saying they were going to start forclosure on our home in Pa.

I agreed to the forbearnace plan. All the while they continued to report me to a collection agency. Before starting the plan I had to give a % of the month late... I have no idea where the money went and 5 months into the plan I owed more then the original amount of the plan. Not to mention each month there was a small amount of 14.03 claiming a payment shortage, although I was paying the proper forbearnce amount, not to mention a 17.72 late fee. Now under my plan 28.00 per month for 8 months was supose to clear the over due anount and remove me from the plan. How can this be when 17.72 and 14.03 were being snuck into my account each month. This came to more then my forbearance amount.

Once I gathered enough money I payed every single thing owed under the Details of amount due. I payed all late charges, previous late charges and the actual amount of the forbearance plan. Bringing me up to date and out of the plan.

After 5 call to Ocwen and 3 new conflicting statements recieved by them in the mail... My request to have my payment that I made by phone was finaly applied to the forbearnce.

Somewhere the snuck in 63.00 they claim I still owe them. I am furious, as I have paid 5 months into this plan. The rep said 8 months and I would be caught up on my payment.

This plan had a very negative effect on my credit, it is ruined by the reports they give each month.

All for 354.35!!! One month late on my payment.

Our loan was bought by Ocwen, we had no control over that.

Customer service is terrible, they do not listen and talk right over what you are syaing. I had 4 differant customer service reps say they apllied my payment to my forbearance and they did not. Either they lied or they have no clue what they are doing.

Ocwen over charges, reports you to credit agencies (why would a bank want to discredit it's customers?) They have hidden charges and do not apply amounts to your account properly. They charge to make an online payment or pay by phone.

They are a rip off and are a horrible comapny to have a home loan through. Mosts reps are hard to understand as they talk very fast. At the end of each call they are instructed to segue the conversation asking, do you want to refinance. Or would you like 500.00 in free groceries. Give me a break, is this even professional. NOT!

I even had my number changed due to the fact they call daily, starting from the 1st of the month until the 17th! I have caller ID and know the number, I choose not to answer.

The thought of dealing with this company for the next 200 months really frustrates me!!!

Maybe somehow over the next month, they can tell me where the extra 63.00 charge on my account came from, out of the blue and right after I payed all money due??? Good question huh?

Stomps feet in frustration and wishes this company knew what on earth they were doing.
