Asset acceptance filed a court lawsuit on one debt over 12 years old. They without authorization obtained my credit report to see if I have any new credit. Then they proceeded to call me over and over and over again. I explained to them that was an old debt which doesnt appear on trw, experian and the such. They then sent me a summons and i replied and it was not within the 21 days. They submitted to me 1 week before expiration. They got a judgement and then filed a judgement lein against any new property they can cease to pay a debt of $2,686.21.

My family is in the process of suing someone related to our family and a friend that runs or works in the warren office is acting on the friends advice and resurfaced this information. Now another bill from 11 years ago now surfaced from this same company for $4,548.39 this company should me closed down a complaint has been filed with the state of michigan, the attorney generals office, chamber of commerce, and whom ever I can find... None of this is on my trw it was erased and now resurfaced...
