Interested in any class action against ALS! They have been screwing with our escrow account and mortgage payments for at least 2 years now. Read info on this site and am convinced they have hacked into our Co. Tax info because:
They did not report what they paid in our 2005 tax report. They informed us that they called our co. And were told our taxes were paid. But not by them. We looked up our tax info online for our school, county, and MUD info, Guess What?! ALL OF OUR INFO IS DELETED FROM THREE COUNTY WEBSITES!!!
It's as if we no longer exsist! But ALS claims the taxes were paid and they said the county would not say by whom. Funny thing is they tell us to call the County to get the info and now they dont have our information. NO records found!
I believe they want to screw us by collecting back taxes when we go to the county office and our told that our taxes were never paid by anyone, including als, who were SUPPOSEDLY escrowing our tax money.
HELP!!! Beware!!! They are criminals!!!
