I paid for tax help. They promised me help. I paid them 1.700 dollars and never heard from them about my tax problem. When I told them I can't use them anymore because they where not doing anything they referred my acct. To a collection agency saying I still have to pay them the rest of the money, which was about 1.200 dollars. The person I talked to in Baltimore was Mr. Pernod in downtown Baltimore. I have all the paper work from them including the faxes I sent them trying to get answers. They are a rip off now I am in deeper debt because of these? Holes.
