This company called me and offered to help restore my credit with a secured Capitol Financial Card. That this was a secured card. That for only a simple $200.00 I could have a credit line of $2,000.00. At no time was this card represented to me as a Merchant Card for internet use. I was told within 30 days I would receive my card and 2 checks that could be used immediatily if necessary to even repay the debt I had incured.
It only took them 2 days to remove the $200.00 from my checking account. Three weeks later — no card in the mail instead I received a letter wanting my signature to confirm their terms. I called there toll free number at once to protest and request my refund. I was told by the customer service rep. And finally by her supervisor, "That things simply are not done that way! I had to request my refund by mail to a different address."
I was calling from a cell phone driving and could not write the address down. I called back and requested the name of the Chief Financial Officer for their firm. I was told only management could give me that info. I held for the supervisor for a very long time and was then cut off.
