I was called on the phone from a call center representing Guardian Finincial Service stating that I will receive a Master Card with a credit limit of $2000. They did not state that it was a Merchant Card to buy merchandise out of a catalog. I asked several times if this program was on the up and up and I was told every time that I asked that it was for real.
My account was debited for the amount of $249. It took them a month and a half to send me a box that had a catalog in it with some badly copied flyers of credit cards (unsecured and secured). Not one was for what I agreed to pay my money for and there was not a $2000 Master Card in the box as well, only a catalog with the flyers to order out of their catalog and it had to be a $100 or more or you could not order and there is nothing in the catalog but lether products and fake rings and bracelets nothing I would want to order.
I called the number that I was given and was rudely spoken to about the matter and was disconntected. I called back again got a different representative and was told to mail the box back if there was a refund letter in the box. I mailed the box back to the address certified mail so that I would know that they received on time so that I would not have any more lies. There was a refund letter in the box I had to write a cancelation letter which I did and that was on July 1 and I have as of yet to receive my refund which I was to receive within 10 business days of their return of the box that I had received.
My money has been taken from me out of my bank account and I should get it back something should be done about this company soon!!! There was not a Master Card in the box at all only a paper card the order merchandise out of a catalog that was in the box. This is not what I was looking for or was told that I would receive. I did what I was told to receive my money back and I have not received it yet!!!
