This company really needs to be stop it's really frustrating how a company like this exits my husband got his first letter from true logic corp. Saying this account is past due for a cellphone that he never had, the second letter was from midland creditors saying they are willing to give him 50% off if he pay by a certain date, the guy from true logic says this account was 5 years old and the original owner where maxtel a company that i never heard of in my state, if you ask me true logic & midland funding needs to have their day in court because they both are frauds. Oh by the way they did put it on His credit report with out providing any kind of proof whatsoever I requested proof from true logic and Midland
