Homecomings financial are taking my home from me, they are foreclosing after they said they would help me and they lie. They want you to send them a large amount of money to stop the foreclosure but they won't promise not to foreclose, they won't put it in writing that they still won't take your home. They say they will see if they are able to do a low modification, but they lie.
