After reading Dr. William Tomlin's supposed review of 236 work at home programs, I was ready to sign up with The Home Cash Course, their #1 choice. Then I ran across a rip-off entry from Robert in Severn Md. Dated 2-26-09, which said his report, too was a rip-off. I'd like to hear from the editors/administrators from Rip-Off to confirm whether or not Dr. Tomlin is for real??!!
A couple of months ago, I ran across a similar report from a Dr. Joseph Stein, who is Chairman for IT Standards at 1250 24th St. NW, 3rd Floor in Sacramento CA 94203. At least they gave an address. Robert's post suggested that there a number of people who make the same claims of investigating online work at home programs and that they are all scams! How on earth is anyone supposed to determine what is and what isn't a scam if you can't even trust the "investigators"??? What does anyone know about this??
