Unaware to me, USA Benefit or Credit withdrew 149.95 from my checking account. I called my bank and they gave me the number of the Company that did this. I called the number, waited on hold, asked them what kind of Company this was. They explained to me that they were a Credit card company and that I had agreed that this transaction was okay by me. My bank suggested that I file a police report, and so I went to look up this "USA Credit" card and found this site. I don't know if I will get the money back.
I called them again and spoke with a Jacqueline. I said, "You claim you are a credit card company, correct?" and she says "No, were are a shopping club." so I told her I had called yesterday and they had told me it was a Credit Card company.
Jacqueline got defensive and rude. Told me she would cancel my card, but I wouldn't be refunded. She also said that maybe it had been someone else online who had my information. I said, "No, it was you, and I will be refunded."
So I am going to make the police report, close my account, and I will not rest until they are stopped.
