Whats Really In Your Wallet? Ripoff of over limit fees and late charges making it impossible to payoff

How about paying 23.95% interest after an initial setup interest fee of 11.95%? I set up the account to take advantage of a low interest balance transfer option they made available, but because they didn't post a payment on time and because I made the mistake of not making the full payment one month after they compounded interest I was charged a late fee of 29.00. Once assessed the late fee took my balance over the "new" lowered credit line so they then raised the interest rate.

They call every day of the week (including Sundays) at pretty much any time from 6:30 am to 10:00 pm and after having paid 11,360.00 on an original transfer of 4,100.00 I am now at a balance of 4,900.00 and haven't processed a charge in over a year.

It is utterly useless to try and talk to them about debt reduction aid or financial difficulties in paying, and their rude customer service reps never stop calling even after you make a payment to curtail the efforts. They call my employer and discuss my credit with fellow employees who answer the phone, and they have discussed the same with other family members whose names are not on the account.

When you ask them to stop calling every day, they all are trained to say they are unaware of anyone else who may have called, all of them ask for your bank account number and to make a payment by phone you have to agree to pay a 10.00 fee in addition to the payment amount (which is then finanaced the following month.
