Ripoff-close the account and up the interest rate, charge over the limit fees and late fees even if you are on time paying

I had a $2,500.00 limit and all of a sudden my account was closed my interest rate was raised and even when my payments were made on time I would get charged a $35.00 late fee. I paid a lump sum of $1,000.00 and now still owe 1,500.00.

If I make minium payments my balance never goes down. They are always adding different charges to the account. Even though they increased my interest rate they are still charging me interest on top of interest.

You can never get anyone on the telephone to help you. This is the biggest rip off I have ever dealt with.
