Ripoff

I recieved a letter in the mail sence i don't have very good credit and am in a repair state i felt this may help me out. Well after agreeing to this deal i did some research on these people. They stated at sign up i had till the 30th of Nov to cancel. Well i called and cancelled 3 days prior to this date. Thought it was over RIGHT!!! Just to be sure i called back on Dec 1st (money was suppose to be remved on Dec 2) Guess what? No record of Me ever calling. Ha Ha!!! So now they will be pulling 199.99 out of my account and there is nothing i can do about it.
