I was contacted by this company 10/17/05 for credit card perposal. I payed the amount of $299.00. After several contacts I have attempts to contact them (over 30 min hold time) I made contact with a girl in customer service, she advised me that I would not recieve my money back and to call my bank to stop payment.
I did call my bank and am waiting for paper work to fill out. I did send the box back, after speaking with Jake Peter (Customer Service Supervisor) who refused to give me a physical address for sig. Confirmation. I then contacted the New York FBI office as well as the R.C.M.P.in Canada to make them aware (already are) of the company.
I am waiting further contact.
