On August 19 my fiance was confronted via telephone about a credit card offer designed to help one rebuild their credit. The women who sold him the product was very assuring that this would do wonders for his credit. She presented the offer as a card that you pay $299 for which will give you a credit limit of $5,000. It was explained that I should use the card for small purchases and pay it off to help the rebuilding process.

My fiance decided this offer might be extremely helpful. He did authorize Solow Solutions to debit this money from his Citizens bank account. She then explained once the money was debited the card would be sent along with coupons for things such as vacations.

After the money was debited, we began calling wondering where the card was and every time we would get excuses and assurance. Six weeks later, after several phone calls I finally received the package, however there was no card. A letter about application would come from a bank and then once completed and returned then 3 weeks later a card would be sent.

We decided to google this company and right away a message appears stating this was a rip off scam.

For the past several weeks, we have been calling this company. We have now found out that we are speaking with a customer service contracting company hired by Solow Solutions. We have spoken to several different customer service reps, and have been told several different stories.

First of all, it is not possible to speak with an employee of Solow Solutions. Apparently they can only make outgoing calls and none of my requests to hear from Solow Solutions has occurred. My fianc and I finally spoke to a supervisor known as Michael Miller who told us we could call back and listen to the verification recording. My fianc decide to have me call the next day and listen to the recording. Now, they allowed me to listen to the sale purchase which did not explain the offer properly and without any security clearances allowed me to hear my fiance's bank account number. I obviously know his banking information, but there should have been some reserve about releasing that information.

Now some reps have been extremely rude and others have tried to be as helpful as possible. One rep stated in a whispering tone, to send the package back certified with a letter requesting a refund, but that I did not hear that from him. A few days later, I asked another rep if I would really get my money back and she whispered to contact my Attorney General. It is obvious why it takes so long now to get answers, because it makes it harder for the bank to help.

I don't have any names for these people who just say they are a customer service call center, because they are not very upfront and many seem scared to help. I am curently trying to get the bank to help and am alos working on a complaint to the PA Attorney General. I noticed a women named Amy from Reading reported this same complaint so I also contacted my local news station. This way others in my area are not affected and this company is made public.

All we want is the money we invested returned. Hopefully, all of us who were affected can work together to make a difference as well as get back what is rightfully ours.
