I have been fooled!!! I was contacted by solow solution, they stated that they would help me fix my credit and send me a $5,000 limit credit card, but we all know that nothing came in the mail. And now I am out $299.00, That really sucks!!! I have been called the customer service number of several times and they keep telling me that it is in the mail or a supervisor will call me back. No one has returned my call, it has been months and I have not seen my "master card" or my money back. I don't know what to do it has been way more than 60 days, and I don't even belong to the bank that they took my money from. I was treated rudely by all there representatives, I can't belive that I lost $299.00!!! All I got was a stupid pack of some coupons, and some othe nonsense. And now what makes me even more mad, I try to call the customer service number and see if I could get my money, I can even talk to anyone because it saids that the number is no longer in service!!! I can't belive that this has happend to me and to other people. I need help trying to get my money back!
