Seeking a class action suit! Or let's start one! Ripoff

November: Enough is enough! I am seeking an attorney to start a class action suit against Ocwen, or I would like to join one that has already been started.

In April of I refinanced my primary residence with New Century Mortgage. 2 Months later, on June 5th, I received a notice from Ocwen that they had purchased my loan and that all payments should now be directed to them.

On June 11,6 days after receiving the notice, I sent my mortgage payment to Ocwen. And I continued to send payments each month.

On or around December, I went to refinance my vacation home and bzzzzzzzt! I couldn't! At that time, I found out that Ocwen had been reporting my mortgage payments 30 and 60 days late since June. WHAT?! I couldn't refinance!

I immediately contacted them and got a MAJOR run around. It took several days, but finally someone in a foreign country, possibly India, told me that they would correct the misreporting. It never happened.

The whole nightmare continued for 2 years. Each month, no matter how many payments I would make in the month, they continued to report my loan 30 or 60 days late. I contacted everybody: the FBI, the Attorney General, the Office of Thrift Supervision. Everybody! Each investigation hit the wall because the only information anybody could dig up was Ocwen's own deceitful reports and numbers.

During those two years, I received several harrassing phone calls, letters, etc. From Ocwen. One night, as I was driving to the college where I teach, 40 miles from my home, I received a call from Ocwen that told me I needed to come up with $8000 by 8 o'clock that night or they were going to foreclose. I paid $2000 by moneygram by 10 pm my time and tried to call them to verify that they had received my payment. The person in customer service literally hung up on me for 45 minutes straight. They would hear my voice and CLICK, hang up. I finally had to get through via a different number (and disguise) to verify that my payment had been received.

I paid another $2000 the very next day. And it stopped the "foreclosure" process.

After two years, there had been 24 payments due, right? One for each month. I made 28. I was finally able to refinance out of that company and, trust me, anytime I refinance ANYTHING in the future, I will include a clause that says: "THIS LOAN CANNOT BE SOLD TO OCWEN OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES."

Now, I am trying to refinance my cottage again. I STILL can't! Ocwen's credit reporting is still showing 60 day late payments for 2 years straight. I would be satisfied if these idiots just cleared up my credit report, but apparently, the people in India or Indochina or wherever can't quite understand "C-R-E-D-I_T S-C-O-R-E. They are totally unresponsive! So I need to file suit or join a class action suit.

PLEASE, SOMEBODY! I know there are 1000's of people who will immediately join such a suit. This company is totally out of control.

I have been paying mortgages since the mid-1980's. Every single one of my payments have been on time. I have a perfect payment record with every single one of the mortgage companies I've dealt with in the past. And then, BOOM, along comes Ocwen and all of a sudden I'm 60 days late for 2 straight years? Come on!

I am in for a class action suit. Just tell me when and where to sign!

Thanks!
