I have been doing my banking with Bank Of America "Hear by in the letter refered to as BOA" for about 8 months now, and am 100 percent dis-satisfied with the services I recived.
Bank of america changed me over $100.15 dollars in overdraft fees for about 25 dollar overdraft.
I then contacted them, and requested that they reduce the overdrafts to $75 dollars, they said: "
Dear R G P*,
Thank you for your inquiry dated 10/10/05 regarding check account
status.
Our research indicates the charge was applied correctly and no error
occurred. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a refund.
We do suggest you to visit any local banking center to make payment
arrangements.
If we may be of further assistance, please contact us again by e-mail.
Thank you for choosing Bank of America.
Sincerely,
Eugene Carruth
Bank of America "
There are other dates I requested this, but that is the most reason't one, I also recived a overdraft notice in the mail on 10/13 stating that I had 90 days to payoff the ammount or they MAY report this to credit services, I called them, and was setting up a payment plan, and they told me they already reported to credit services "I diden't know any one could legally hold a minor to a contract, or report them to credit services".
Therefore, I paid of the ammount and closed the account, I am requesting that No One user bank of america, they will rob you, or your kids blind!!!
