Outrageous overdraft fees and monthly fees

I beleive there is enough people out there who have been ripped off by bank of america on overdraft fees alone to qualify for a class action suit.
Even though bank of america qualifies these fees under thier guidelines and we as consumers (saps) agreed to these guidelines, I think we are being treated unjustly, unfairly and being taken advantage of by bank of america. Anyone who has been charged with an overdraft fee (sorry I ment fees, they come in three's) knows what I am talking about.

Is there anyone out there who knows how to get something like this started or even just getting a list of names together.
