Outrageous overdraft fees and monthly fees

I believe there is enough people out there who have been ripped off by Bank of America on overdraft fees alone to qualify for a class action suit.
Even though Bank of America qualifies these fees under their guidelines and we as consumers (saps) agreed to these guidelines, I think we are being treated unjustly, unfairly and being taken advantage of by Bank of America. Anyone who has been charged with an overdraft fee (sorry I meant fees, they come in three's) knows what I am talking about.

Is there anyone out there who knows how to get something like this started or even just getting a list of names together.
