Ameriquest is running a sweat shop with it's own IT staff by forcing us to work endless hours of over time and not compensating us for it. We are always promised comp time, and bonuses, but most of us never see them. Sooner or later, someone needs to come forward and sue them for major labor law violations.
Not only does Ameriquest break the law by literally robbing all of their customers, but they screw their own employees too. No wonder they make money hand over fist. Someone needs to stop the abuse. Most IT people work an average of 6 days a week and 60 hours a week. We are spent and completely burned out, and don't know what to do. We don't have the resources to fight them legally.
Perhaps if we can get enough people together we might have a class action against Ameriquest for all of these Labor Violations.
Ameriquest is a terrible place to work. If working endless hours, and your family or life means nothing to you then be my guest and work here. We're all stuck in this shithole until we find other jobs.
If you are an it worker do not work at ameriquest. This is the worst company ever... I warned you!
