I received a call saying I never made a payment on my auto loan for August although my personal bank account online shows an image of a cleared check with Citizens bank stamped on the back of it. The girl on the phone was very rude and argued with me for at least 10 minutes saying that I never made the payment and a check was never cashed. So now I have to go to my bank and get a copy of it so I can mail it to Citizens.
Not only was I insulted by the girl on the phone, but I have been highly inconvenienced and I'm very disappointed by the poor customer service I have to endure just to prove that I'm not lying.
