In 2012 Bank of America sold my auto loan to Citizens Bank. I was informed I needed to setup auto pay with Citizens while also canceling my auto pay with B of A. So I did both back in Dec. Of 2012. I was told by the customer service rep that in January I would NOT see am automatic withdrawal from B of A but I did on Jan. 1. So I called immediately and completed a second cancellation of auto pay. This time I even wrote down a name and confirmation number for my request. I was assured that for sure in February that B of A would NOT automatically withdrawal. Yesterday I logged on to make sure there was no payment withdrawn from my account but yet again, Bank of America has taken out a payment. I am at a loss for words at how terrible they have been. Never have I been so let down and disappointed in an institution. I have never had such terrible customer service. Once this problem is resolved I will never do business with Bank of America again and I will make sure I do not let my friends and family do business with them either!
