Something needs to be done to this company. Since day one with them, they have lost my payments, put me into Forberance Twice, lied to me about working on a modification and currently trying to foreclose on me for the second time.
They are also Denying my Chapter 13 plan which was filed last Feb 04. All my payments under the plan have been current and they now filed a motion to lift my Automatic Stay to save my home. I now have to pay for 13 money order receipts to prove that SPS has cashed my payments. They have accessed me with so many unbelievable fees and they wont explain what they are. This is so fustrating dealing with this rip off company.
Plus, its difficult when my lawyer is working with their lawyer against me. What can a consumer do? How can this company continue to get away with this? I'm going to give them a good fight for my home.
