My mortgage was bought from Decision One to Fairbanks, who changed their name to Select Portfolio. We only got behind one payment which we have caught up on, but these people added crazy fees, that do not make since. My payments go directly to interest only, for the past six years.
In 2004 I filled Chapter 13 Bankruptcy, but this company still sent letters to my house, after the fact, my attorney sent sent a letter to stop harassing my family.
Now these fools are trying to foreclose on my home. I need help, I do not want to lose my home to these ripoff money hungry so called individuals.
