This company needs to be put out of business. They are doing the same thing to me as they are doing to many other people. High interest rates late fees when the payments are on time. They come out and take pictures of our house and we get billed for it. They have forced us into a chapter 13. Now they are trying to take us back to court to stop the chapter 13. They say we are behind on three payments we are not and i have the Proof. At this point i don't know what to do. To me it seams that they can do whatever they want and get away with it.
Someone needs to stop this. If I could get this house refinanced I would do it.
