On August 9th I received a letter telling me I was late on my house payment and that foreclosure would begin, their was a number to call if I wanted to establish a forbearance program with this company.
I called the number and spoke to someone in India. Now they confirmed the address and wanted to know if I would send some outrageous amount to prevent foreclosure.
Now after almost an hour I gave up on trying to get this person to understand, here is the thing. I dont own a home, and never have. The address they sent me a letter on is someplace in Texas.
Here is whats worse, its on my credit report now. I dug up the real owner using 411, man that was hard and found out the man has lived their for over 30 years.
He told me Ocwen has been trying to take his property for years. I have no idea how they got my name, I have never heard of this guy.
Now I have a letter, sent to me in Florida by their attorney (which is where I live), about property in Texas that I am being foreclosed on, that I have never owned.
This guy Davis kept telling me all the fraud this company has been involved and and then finally tells me that he is getting ready to go to court with these guys. This is wild
