I did open an account but have not funded it. Thank God I read these reports with other's experiences. It saved me a lot of headaches. After 48 hours was up and I complained about not getting my login credentials, then and only then was it finally done. TOo bad for NetBank, no money from me. Takes way to long to get anything done. Every agent including those in the Security Department tell outright falsehoods. The only exception being Customer Associate Laurie (sp?) It was through her that I was finally able to get the number for Security. I don't know why the others that I have spoken with couldn't or wouldn't give me that information to start with? Instead of making me call and call. Even a Security agent lied to me saying I would get a phone call when the account was opened either that evening or the following morning. LIE, FIE on liars.
