Their website indicates it is easy to cancel their services after a 3 day trial subscription. I emailed the company's Customer Service email address within the 3 days, requesting cancellation of my trial subscription. I never got a response, so I also called the company requesting the same thing, and thought that I had effectively cancelled my subscription.
Several months later, I start getting calls from a collection agency, trying to collect $186 for MyPerfectCredit. I have never received a bill or any notification from the company that I owed them any money.
I never used any of the services from this company, and do not owe them any money.
