Ripoff, fraud

This company is charging me for fees for uncollected checks, when the checks were paid. I am being billed after the fact. They had my money before they decided to charge me. I have the checks paid by my bank. Now this company wants me to pay them just because they send me a bill. They did not have to make my check good, it was paid!
