Took check out 2times along with service charge 2times and still have me with a bad check so i can't write checks still. I have set copy from my bank showing it was paid twice and they still won't clear my account

They have a bounced check for under 60.00 and collected twice from my bank along with 2 25.00 check charges and still have me so i can't write checks. They show i have paid and they charge me 2 check charges but are researching the problem.
