Uses his mortgage broker abilities to con you into investing money with him. He then steals the money. I lost $5,000.00 and have a civil suit filed due July 25th in Tennesse General Session Court. Tried to get my friend as well but she was smarter than me.
Targets single women, lonely women, desparate women. He then tried to get me to buy his home so he could pay me back with equity but then I would be left with a huge mortgage not worth the home value. Took 100% value of home.
