My wife and I recently were shopping for a house in forclosure when we came past a $300,000 home with an $80,000 forclosure price this shocked my wife and I we searched more and found that emc mortgage was using aliases on her loan the women was 84 years old, this was odd then in further study we found they filed in perfect timing a new balance $215,000 this was because she was 2 months late they assumed she would never pay added intrest...
But she only owed $80,000 this was illegal seizure
to detour others from following up on there intentions of
stealing from an 84 year old women
All I have done right now is had her pay what she owed
and am inquiring about a new loaner
This is disgusting, shame on foul human beings
