Payment Protection Forms Ignored and Balance Grew to $1375 in Collections

My name is Marianne, my Capital One balance was 120.00 total credit line 200.00 in May I went on disability, I had payment protection. Called Capital One they sent me a form, I had my Dr. Fill it out, Mailed it in to Capital One. I was charged with late fees which done frequently in past, when received on due date.

I called capital one, they sent me another form I filled out sent ack. I kept getting the run around my balance got higher and higher, I was told at one point they would stop all charges. I could just pay the balance I owed $120.00.

I sent them a letter with 120.00 check, received a letter back saying we received your letter, balance was now up to 900.00. Now in collections, viking collection sevice I'm getting calls from Barry Carson saying I should borrow the money my balance now is 1375.08 And still going up.
