Capital One
Ripoff, dishonest, fraudulent billing, went on disability, had payment protection, sent in form, they never took care of it, now in collections

My name is Marianne, my Capital one balance was 120.00 total credit line 200.00 in May I went on disability, I had payment protection. Called capital one they sent me a form, I had my Dr. Fill it out, Mailed it in to Capital one. I Was charged with late fees which done frequently in past, when received on due date.

I called capital one, they sent me another form i filled out sent ack. I kept getting the run around my balance got higher and higheR, I was told at one point they would stop all charges. I could just pay the balance I owed $120.00.

I sent them aletter with 120.00 check, received a letter back saying we received your letter, balance was now up to 900.00. Now in collections, viking collection sevice I'm getting calls from Barry Carson SAYING I SHOULD BORROW THE MONEY MY BALANCE NOW IS 1375.08 And still going up.
