Ripoff

A man called me from Phoenix Consumer Services requesting my bank account number. He told me that they try to help people with poor credit rebuild thier good credit. He wanted my bank account number so he could pull out 129.95. This was the fee to activate my card. I was supposed to get the card between 21 - 31 days.instead, I got a booklet on how to apply for a credit card. On top of that, with the book was a paper saying they were giving me a complementary Checks card. I never recieved that either. This is a scam operation and they need to be shut down. Don't fall for their tricks.
