Prior to spinal surgery, my husband and I was contacted by an allegedly reputable credit card company.in a feeble effort to rebuild our credit we took the opportunity and allowed the scam artist to draft $129.95 from our checking account and in return they gave us a book with 13 pages in it that makes no sense whatsoever.
Its been 1 month since they took our money and less than two weeks after my surgery and we still have no credit card. We do however have a book that gives us names to banks that have never heard of Phoenix Consumer Services, Inc, nor have any interest in giving us a credit card.
We understand that it was now dumb to give these con artist our account but we were in desperate need of credit assistance and took their word that a card would come and we would be able to rebuild from our previous mistakes.
We are hard working people with only one working due to my surgery and need our money back. We have two children and live poorly as it is, we dont need assistance to do bad, we are attempting to rebuild our lives and regret falling for this scam.
