Ripoff, took my money and told me that it was a credit card not a store credit card

I can't get a hold of them. The line is always busy. It says the circuits are busy, please try again later. No matter what time you try to call them.

I get a letter in the mail box saying that I will be getting a store credit card. And if I want to apply for a credit card I send more money. I didn't want a store credit card; I wanted a credit card. I even tape us talking back and forth when I sign up. And again I ask if it was a credit card and they said yes.

All I want is my money back that they took which was $129.95. Which they took out on 5/28/04. And I still haven't got anything but the letter & a booklet telling you about how to do credit. Please help if you can and please let other people know too not to deal with them. Thank you
