This company is connected to a Visa debit card that I received from an online company at debitcardsupport.com. I can not remember the exact company I received it from.
I activated my card and followed the instructions to have money transferred from checking account to debit card. I had to go to Supermoneyonline.com website to do this. I fill out my information to set my account with debit card and checking account.
Guess what, I could not figure out how to get the money transferred to the card from my account. Okay, they say that the first 30 are free. So I go to the customer service part on the website and request for my service to be cancelled before my 30 days are up. It was only a week to a week and half after I set up my account that I requested this.
I didn't heard anything back from them. So I waiting about another week and check to see what my account status is.
It still was active.
I get the email address for customer service off the website and send an email to them requesting to have my service discontinued. I get an email back that the email is undeliverable.
I flood them with email from the website and from my email to cancel service. I still do not heard from them. It's a month and no money has been taking out of my account. I think okay so maybe they have cancelled my serive.
About two months later I notice that this company has taken out
money from my checking account. I start sending emails again. I threaten to file complaints and I still get no response. I finally go the the place I got the credit card from and email their costomer service.
Apparently they have had a lot of people complaining about this company. I'm still battling with them to help me with Supermoneyonline but I don't think they are going to.
I'll update this whenever I find out more.
